Experienced Wash Style Artist

Cyril Rukman is a successful Fine Artist from Sri Lanka who
started his passion of creating art from his childhood days and has gained a
worldwide clientele around the world over the years. Apart from his career as a
professional artist, he is also serving as an art teacher, nurturing the next
generation artists.
After completing his secondary schooling, he enrolled at the
University Visual and Performing Arts and worked his way towards obtaining his
bachelor's degree in fine arts (Special). He held his first exhibition at the
Lionel Wendt Gallery in 2009 under the theme "Essence". Thereafter,
there was no stopping him as he held a few more exhibitions thereafter.
Apart from teaching, Cyril is currently involved with the Colombo Open Air Art Gallery, where he creates beautiful pieces of art. Over the years, he had created a name for himself as one of premier wash style artists in the country.
