Janani Aludeniya is a Sri
Lankan artist who engages in design with knowledge, skills and attitude about art.
She is engaged in artistic painting and creates various artworks using
different techniques and different color mediums. She is also talented in
traditional art, landscape art, expression art, print art, etc., as well as in
craft design.
She obtained a special Bachelors Degree in printmaking from the University of Fine Arts of Sri Lanka and is currently working as an art teacher in a government school. She is currently studying at the University of Colombo. She has won many other local and foreign awards as well as state awards related to art. She thinks that art is a part of life and till date she has created and sold many works of art made with harmonious colors, lines and shapes. She is looking for a different dimension in painting.
