Nature Inspired Artist

Kokila Dunumalage is a Sri Lankan nature artist hailing from a
township called Gampaha with a family background in art. She got her
inspiration from here young days by her father who was an art teacher attached
to a local school, who helped her to develop her skills. After her basic
studies, she was enrolled in the University of Visual and Performing Arts to
obtain her art degree. She has also followed a course in Creating Model
Structures for Archaeological Resources at NAITA, Sri Lanka.
Kokila was a student who worked hard to achieve her goals. She is someone who wants to share her knowledge in educational terms as well as artistic terms. She is currently employed as an art teacher in Colombo and she is fascinated with nature related art and most of her art is based on this theme as she believes that she also is a true creation of nature. As a nature lover, she wants to paint more about the happiness which is brought by nature.
