A view into the sea of flowers of a cornflower meadow, which, however, brings out the individual flowers in isolation. A special wet-on-wet spatula technique, close-up view and high magnification bring out the bizarre shapes of the flowers very well. This large-format picture can be hung on its own, but on a long wall it also works very well in a row with the similarly sized pictures "Marguerites" and "Red poppies".
