A view into the sea of flowers of a marguerite meadow, which however shows the individual flowers in isolation to advantage. A special wet-on-wet spatula technique, close-up view and high magnification bring out the bizarre shapes of the flowers very well. This large-format picture can be hung singly, but on a long wall it also works very well in a row with the similarly sized artworks, "Red Poppies" and "Cornflowers".
