The white wall is scratched with markings and words. Hints of slimy green appear throughout, it seems like the wall was whitewashed years ago and today, the layers are peeling off. There are twenty circles outlined, but it is unclear what the artist tries to convey through these. Looking at this painting and reading the title the audience is made to pause for a moment to look inwards. We adorn ourselves in beautiful garments and portray perfection to the outside world, but we are similar to the wall. We shed layers and our true self is exposed as nobody is perfect!
