Simply click on the items you wish to purchase. Click the size and additional options you require and our system will offer you the available payment methods. By using the our secure server, you may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Shipping is included in the purchase price for most products with no hidden fees. Apart from the price for the item purchased by the customer which will vary depending on the selected size, they will only pay for the additional options.
Shipping value for larger and heavier products will be added to the purchase price depending on your final delivery destination. These additions will be clearly marked on the respective product pages.
We use the services of world renowned courier partners for all of our deliveries. Customers can select their preferred logistics provider at the point of product selection.
Original work and any other products available in stock without any additional options will be ready to be dispatched within approx. 3 - 7 business days from the time of order.
A canvas print (paintings and photographs) and any original work in stock with additional options will be ready to be dispatched within approx. 7 - 10 business days from the time of order.
An own reproduction will take approx. 10 - 30 business days to be ready to be dispatched from the time of order depending on the medium and additional 3 - 4 business days required for own reproductions with additional options. The time variance will depend on the media and the complexity of the creation. (Remember that they are all hand painted by professional creators, so the wait is definitely worth it!)
All products purchased will be delivered to your doorstep via air freight through either DHL or FedEx (as per your selection) within a period of 7 business days from the time of dispatch regardless of your delivery destination.

Canvas prints on many websites and galleries are just printed images of paintings. The original work and own reproductions on our website are actually hand-made by talented individual creators. However, you have the option of selecting canvas copies of the beautiful creations featured in the website as a more cost effective alternative.
All Images on the website are of creations by our registered creators. All original work (paintings, photographs, sculpture etc.) in stock will look exactly the same as the image.
However, kindly note that the quality of your computer screens may cause a slight variation of the colors which we will not be responsible for. Pls refer our Terms of Service for further clarification.
Also note that we request you to accept a variation up to a maximum of 20% from the original image when completing an own reproduction of paintings and sculptures. However, all finished own reproductions by us are handmade by the original creators who are registered and contracted by us and they all look fabulous as the image featured on the website.
Yes! The prints you will receive will be of exact images which will be used to print onto the medium selected.
Similar to paintings, we will offer its range of beautiful photographs in the size of your preference which will be delivered with a ready to hang standard frame. However, customers are also able to select their preferred type of frame and glass from the selection list, which will be professionally framed at an additional fee which will be automatically calculated upon selection.
Customers who do not wish to select the above option will have the alternative of downloading the high-resolution image of their preferred photograph. An email will be generated and will be sent to the customer's registered email address once the transaction is finalized with a downloading link which will remain active for a period of 72 hours where a total of 5 downloads can be made.

Talented local portrait creators registered with us have the capability of creating masterpieces using media such as pencil, color pencil, charcoal, mixed media etc. Work done by these creators will be featured on our website for references with rates and their conditions including size.
Customers who wish to purchase a drawing created by these talented individuals must select the creator of your preference first and subsequently selects the size, number of persons to be included in the drawing and the preferred media. Thereafter, a high-resolution image of the required drawing needs to be uploaded and the final payment process needs to be completed.
Once this process is completed, we will share this information with the selected creator and follow up with the fulfillment of the order until delivery is completed as instructed.
All drawings are sent to customers with a ready-to-hang basic frame as a standard and customers have the option of selecting a suitable glazed frame from us from the list of frames and glass at an additional cost. All selected frames will be professionally framed and delivered to your doorstep.
