Aartzy Expression Services., the managing company, through their brand Aartzy ("AARTZY') is committed to ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Please contact AARTZY on support@aartzy.com for clarifications and instructions to initiate the return process.
Once the return process has been initiated, the customer should share photographic evidence in support of the return reason along with the invoice as proof of purchase, in order to reduce the process time. All item returns to AARTZY must be processed and dispatched within Three (3) Days from the return process-initiated date.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with the original packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. Paintings with quality issues eg: more than 20% variation is eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Damaged paintings are extremely rare. Please do not accept packages if they are damaged, creased or torn. AARTZY will not refund paintings if the customer accepts a damaged box from the courier.
Returns will not be accepted if the paintings are custom-made, personalized portraits or if there has been deliberate damage. AARTZY will not offer refunds on items that have been wrongly selected or the customer has had a change of mind, subsequent to receiving the package.
From the time a customer receives any Original Works from our couriers, the customer has Seven (7) Days to decide whether to keep the Original Works or return the same in its original condition for a refund.
AARTZY also require all returned artwork to be shipped by the buyer within Three (3) Days after informing and confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you've purchased from AARTZY and are not fully satisfied, you have:
• Seven (7) Days to
contact AARTZY regarding your intent to return the Original
Work.
• Ship the Original
Work within Three (3) Days from the day you contacted AARTZY
OR Ship the Original Work within Three (3) Days from the day
you receive confirmation from AARTZY to proceed with
returning of the Original Works. (whichever is sooner)
It is mandatory that the customer contacts and informs AARTZY of the intent to return the item purchased. If customers fail to notify AARTZY of the intent to return the work within Seven (7) Days of receipt or do not ship the Original Works within Three (3) Days of notifying customers will not be eligible for a refund. However, several exceptions will apply and AARTZY will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
Within Seven (7) Days of your merchandise delivery date, inform AARTZY at support@aartzy.com attaching photographic evidence, order details, reasons for refund request, customer's contact details and preferred method of contact.
Customers should repackage the Original Works using the original packaging materials used by AARTZY. If the customer has already disposed of the original packaging, customer will have to bear the costs in relation to the packaging material to return the Original Works safely back to AARTZY.
Customers should inform AARTZY via email at support@aartzy.com to complete the return process.
Once the Original Works reaches safely to AARTZY, the refund process will be commenced by AARTZY and the amount owed (minus deductions if any) will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency using the same exchange rate as your original order within 7 - 10 business days since the return of the Original Works.
Please note All Original Reproductions from AARTY (water color, acrylic and oil paintings) are 100% hand-painted, and there maybe 5% - 20% variations. This is deemed to be accepted by customers when placing an order, and returns will not be accepted due to slight variations. Variations can also occur due to differences in computer monitor colors and/or the nature of the medium.
• Any order which is
cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, will be
eligible for a full refund which is a 100% money back
guarantee.
• Orders cancelled
more than 24 hours, but before 72 hours since payment
confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting
of order processing costs and 50% of the product purchase
price.
• Orders cannot be
cancelled if it is more than 72 hours since the payment
confirmation.
