Dhamitha Rasangee

Dhamitha Rasangee is an artist from Sri Lanka who identified her talents and passion towards creating art from her younger days. Due to this, she always wanted to focus her professional interests towards her passion. She is also a member of Ceylon Society of Arts which is a perfect example of showing her passion for art.

Working with mediums such as acrylic on canvas, and watercolor on paper, Dhamitha has managed to touch the audience's emotions by fusing her experiences with the beauty of nature for her works. Through her paintings, she has developed a close kinship with nature specially with birds and visualizes it beautifully and expressively.

She has been participating for Kalapola Art Fair since 2019 and she is conducting classes for young children for free of charge.
