Aartzy respects others’ intellectual property. We may disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
How to report infringement
If you’re a copyright owner or authorized agent, email a Notice of Alleged Infringement to copyright@aartzy.com. We’ll review and may remove or disable access to the reported content at our discretion.
What your notice must include
1. Your work: Identify the copyrighted work (or provide a list).
2. The infringing material:
The URL(s) on aartzy.com where the material appears, and/or
The URL(s) of any reference/link on Aartzy that points to the infringing material.
3. Your contact info: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email (if available).
4. Statements (include both):
“I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
“The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or exclusive right allegedly infringed.”
Signature: Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.
