Introduction
Aartzy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) allows you to buy and sell original artwork and reproductions through aartzy.com. By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please stop using the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aartzy.
Account Registration
- You can browse as a guest, but you’ll need an account to make most purchases.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and notifying us if your account is compromised.
Our Role
- Aartzy acts as a reseller of artworks and reproductions from creators.
- We have the right to display, promote, and sell these works online and through our partners.
- We handle payment processing and shipping arrangements.
Order & Delivery
- We typically prepare our stretched and ready-to-hang paintings in custom wooden crates within 14-20 business days.
- We use trusted shipping partners and share order/shipping details with them as needed.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by Aartzy Return & Refund Policy.
Prices & Taxes
- Prices shown include shipping but do not include taxes or customs duties.
- You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or fees charged by your country’s customs office.
Member Content
- If you upload text, images, or other content (“Member Content”), you keep ownership but give Aartzy permission to use it for promotion.
- You must own the rights to any content you post and ensure it doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Post illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
- Hack, bypass security, or misuse the website.
- Send spam, scrape data, or impersonate others.
- Violate any law while using the site.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All site content (except Member Content) belongs to Aartzy.
- You may view or download content for personal use only.
Disclaimers
- The site is provided “as is” — we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Colors on your screen may look different from the actual artwork.
- We aren’t responsible for user conduct or off-site interactions.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork in dispute. We are not responsible for indirect losses like lost profits or emotional distress.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and disputes will be handled through Canadian legal system.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aartzy.
