Structure of Life

Although this art shows in detail the skeleton of a dead leaf upon what appears to be a bark of a dried-up tree, it displays an abstract message portrayed in the design that within freshness of a life there lies a fascinating maze of structure that holds it all together. This abstract painting, mixed in with natural reality is beautifully sketched in grayscale hues to produce an ambience of destruction over life.

The creator has skillfully shaded in different scales of gray to produce a backdrop of a lighted sky that highlights the leaf as an x-ray is held against a white light. The bark of the tree is exquisitely placed as though it was a vase hosting its figurative flower.
