Return Policy
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the required timeframe.
Proof Required: Share photos of the item and your invoice to speed up processing.
Quality Issues: If there’s a clear quality issue (e.g., >20% variation in painting quality) you are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping).
Damage During Shipping: Do not accept damaged packages from the courier. Accepted damaged packages are not eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable: Custom-made items, personalized portraits, and items damaged deliberately or due to customer choice/change of mind.
Variations: All artworks are hand-painted — 5–20% variation is normal and not a reason for return.
Return Process
Notify Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, email support@aartzy.com with photos, order details, and reason for return.
Ship Back: Send the item back within 3 days of notifying us (or receiving our confirmation).
Repackage Carefully: Use original packaging. If it’s discarded, you must repackage at your own cost.
Refund Timeline: Once the item is safely received, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (same currency, same exchange rate).
If you miss the 7-day notification window or 3-day return shipping window, your return may be refused.
Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hrs - 100% refund (full money-back guarantee).
24–72 hrs - Partial refund (order processing fees + 50% of product price deducted).
After 72 hrs - Orders cannot be cancelled.
