Processing & Lead Times
- Stretched / ready-to-hang / crated pieces: ship within 14–20 business days after payment clears. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to dispatch.
Shipping Regions & Costs
- Free shipping to all regions worldwide.
- We use door-to-door courier services. If a destination cannot be serviced, we’ll contact you with options before dispatch.
Transit & Tracking
- Shipped via tracked courier (FedEx or DHL). A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch.
- International orders: please allow the same processing time plus international shipping timelines from 8 -12 business days.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- For deliveries outside Canada, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.
- If duties/taxes are refused and the shipment is returned or destroyed, we may deduct shipping/handling and related costs from any refund.
Packaging & Handling
- Artworks are packed with care: protective wrap, reinforced corners, and custom crates for large or fragile pieces.
Upon Delivery & Damages
- Please inspect the package at delivery. If you see visible damage, you may refuse delivery or note it on the courier’s proof of delivery (“package damaged – inspect before accepting”).
- Email support@aartzy.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll help with the insurance claim and replacement/refund as applicable.
