Shipping Policy

Processing & Lead Times
  • Stretched / ready-to-hang / crated pieces: ship within 10–15 business days after payment clears. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to dispatch.
  • International orders: please allow the same processing time plus international transit (see §3).

Shipping Regions & Costs
  • Free shipping to all regions worldwide.
  • We use door-to-door courier services. If a destination cannot be serviced, we’ll contact you with options before dispatch.
Transit & Tracking
  • Shipped via tracked courier (FedEx and/or DHL). A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch.
  • Typical transit times (after dispatch):
    - Canada: 2–5 business days
    - USA/Mexico: 3–7 business days
    - Europe/Asia/Australia: 5–12 business days (may vary by country)

Duties, Taxes & Customs
  • For deliveries outside Canada, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.
  • If duties/taxes are refused and the shipment is returned or destroyed, we may deduct shipping/handling and related costs from any refund.
Packaging, Insurance & Handling
  • Artworks are packed with care: protective wrap, reinforced corners, and custom crates for large or fragile pieces.
  • Shipments over CAD $1,000 are fully insured against loss or transit damage. For lower-value pieces, optional insurance is available on request.
Upon Delivery & Damages
  • Please inspect the package at delivery. If you see visible damage, refuse delivery or note it on the courier’s proof of delivery (“package damaged – inspect before accepting”).
  • Email support@aartzy.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll help with the insurance claim and replacement/refund as applicable.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Original artworks are unique and are not returnable for change of mind.
  • If you receive the wrong item or an item damaged in transit (per §6), we’ll arrange return shipping at our cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations
  • Within 24 hours: cancel for a full refund (before packing starts).
  • 24–72 hours: partial refund (processing fees + 20% of product price deducted).
  • After 72 hours: cancellations are not accepted as packing/crating will have commenced.
